Responsibilities:
The jewellery inspection service provider is responsible for conducting thorough and impartial inspections in accordance with industry standards and as per client requirement.
The client is responsible for providing access to the jewellery pieces requiring inspection and any relevant documentation or information.
Place of inspection should be comfortable and have proper lighting condition with all the necessary tools(ring sizer, scale, weight machine etc).
Timeline:
Client have to confirm the inspection date one day prior.
The timeline for completing the inspection will be determined based on the number and complexity of the jewellery pieces involved.
Confidentiality:
All information obtained during the inspection process will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent.
